Dr. D. Jeremy Mills, D.D.S., was born and raised in Rockport, Texas. After graduating from U.M.K.C. with a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1998, Dr. Mills returned to Rockport to practice dentistry.
